Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a process of streamlining business functions to deliver more effective and efficient services. Since implementation of ERP is a complex process, many medium to large sized organizations have developed software tools to enable faster integration.

ERP software vendors are organizations which develops ERP systems and solutions. These software packages are built in a modular nature so that they can be customized to suite various organizational needs.
